Termination of Account / Access Restriction

Synth LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the ExpatExpert website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

GENERAL: To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico) in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the ExpatExpert website. Use of the ExpatExpert website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Refusal of Service

Synth LLC reserves the right to refuse our services to any individual who is disrespectful, belligerent, profane, threatening, indecent, or unlawful in person, over the phone, or over chat interactions with any of our employees and agents.

Our service is not for everyone.

If you are impatient, unreasonable, or conceited, you will not be a good fit for our services. If you have already paid for our services and have been found to be in violation of these terms, your account will be deleted without notice and any qualified refunds would be made, if any.

Synth LLC will pursue legal action against any inaccurate or defamatory comments, tweets, social media posts, or reviews left on third party websites. We regularly monitor third party review sites and our attorneys will be instructed to pursue any damages due.

By creating an ExpatExpert account, you agree to give Synth LLC permission to use any reasonable personal information about you in disputing false or defamatory reviews or comments.
